It solves common industry issues—cable wear, core breakage and insulation cracking—in gravel-rich, high-drag, high-frequency retraction construction sites. CE and CCS certified, it is compatible with mainstream models like Sany and Caterpillar.
Product Introduction
HINAR’s electric excavator cable reel features modified TPU sheathed cables and an anti-corrosion alloy body, reinforced with aramid fiber for superior tensile and drag resistance. Equipped with an intelligent constant tension control system, it syncs cable retraction with excavator movement and corrects deviation automatically, preventing winding and damage. With IP65 protection, it withstands construction site dust, oil, and extreme temperatures (-30℃ to +90℃). It boasts over 500,000 high-frequency retractions and supports customization to match different excavator tonnages, serving as a core component for stable operation.
